I had a much more expensive brand cold plunge for 2 years of daily use. It broke and the US company could only offer me a very expensive upgrade as my particular model was discontinued. The daily CWT helped so much with chronic pain and inflammation. I ordered another expensive local brand with a 12 week lead time. That turned into 24 weeks and still no delivery date. I got a refund on that one and purchased the vital plus and was plunging again within a week. Next time I empty it I have a couple of leaky connections to tighten up but otherwise I'm very happy. The 1hp chiller keeps the water cold with just 3 hours per day all on a timer.
